Snowmobiling

No people. No traffic. Wide open spaces. Raw power. Then, suddenly, the track turns sharply and takes you straight through the forest. The windy path between trees is breathtaking. As you duck and weave the snow-covered branches, you can’t help but feel like an explorer.
Snowmobiles are basically a seat on top of an engine on top of a set of skis. You touch the gas and the thing just bolts forward. It’s total exhilaration as the winter landscape sweeps past you while you glide effortlessly over the snow.
I was hoping it would be as fun as I originally imaged, and as fun as it looked in YouTube videos and movies. Turns out, it totally was.
