I’ve always loved trance, and one of the creators of trance as we know it is Armin van Buuren. His “A State of Trance” parties (usually referred to as ASOT) are a coming together of music, lights, lasers, dancers, video production, and anything else you can possibly imagine.

Being one of the most popular events on the trance calendar – and one hell of a party – it was always on my bucket list. After having brought his AS0T show to many countries around the world, as soon as I found out he was coming to Australia I knew I’d be getting my hands on some tickets.

The show was amazing, filled with other great DJs like Ben Gold, Alexander Popov, Omnia, Jorn van Deynhoven, MaRLo and Aly & Fila. We danced and danced until our feet could no longer move. There was a great vibe and we all left with smiles from ear-to-ear.
